* Develop effort estimates, Project Plans for the pitches while forming a team of professionals. Coordinate with the technical team to maintain the creative standards before its delivery to the client.
* Act strategically when identifying project deliverables, think before designing, support the project goals, support the business goals and determine design plan. Guide the design team to come up with new designs based on specific themes and requirements from customers.
* Manage and mentor the interactive designers, art directors, information architects, copywriters, content analysts and production specialists. Inspire creative team to constantly strive for excellence in the work they produce.
* Provide the thought leadership for various design concepts so that at any given time we have outstanding collecting of designs for all our products.
