Handi-Foil Facilities Manager (2006 – 8/2016)

I reported to the Senior VP and my direct reports where one maintenance manager, four maintenance supervisors, six indirect reports and 46 maintenance mechanics.

These employees are mechanics, electricians, machinist, and building maintenance.

Under my managerial responsible are three building of manufacturing equipment.

Institute Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance, parts cost control, TPM and CMMS programs, where I wrote and intimated these platforms.

Capital projects was to install mechanical, electrical, piping, cooling chiller system and production equipment in new plants, with multiple production lines and the timetable was accomplished. Working with contractors on the daily activities to clarify the upcoming concerns.

Establish an Epac program with computer software, work orders, preventive maintenance, parts inventory and machine tracking history.

Developing new machinery and/or rebuild old equipment in-house with custom design components to maximize efficiencies and confine down time.
