Drew key inferences and presented a term paper on it. Bayesian Adaptive Randomisation Design (R)

Reviewed a biostatistical paper proposing a Bayesian Adaptive randomisation design for biomarker trials with linked treatments for phase two Oncology trials.

Implemented the Bayesian logistic regression model and compared results against the reference. k-NN and Condensed k-NN algorithm (MATLAB)

Implemented k-NN and condensed k-NN classification algorithm on a letter image recognition dataset.

Trained and tested the algorithm for different values of k and sample sizes to check the accuracy of the algorithm.
