My responsibilities to ensure vendors are paid in timely manner. Contact vendors to obtain invoices, contacting Requesters and End-users to inquire on products being received. Input weekly and monthly reports on Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, INR (Invoiced Not Received) RNI (Received Not Invoiced) MNR (Matched Not Received) .Microsoft Word, Hospital software Lawson distribution and payment. Liaise with other departments within the health system infrastructure such as the Purchasing Department and Accounts Payable Department. Meeting deadlines. The main purpose is to ensure the hospital maintain their A plus credit rating and budget.
