Asset Portfolio Manager

Responsible for all aspects of managing and monitoring a regional portfolio of 2,352 single family rental assets in Arizona, California and Nevada.

Responsible for identifying, reducing and resolving barriers to positively influence the days to cash flow of assets within the portfolio.

Identified areas where marketing and advertising needed improvement to secure new residents in a timely manner.

Charged with tracking the restoration schedule for assigned portfolio of assets. Discovered numerous homes that had fallen off track and causing time lost between project completion and market time.
