Founded company originally formed as Toner Cartridges Services (TCS), later to be incorporated as Third Coast Technologies. During the introduction of the laser printer in the corporate business climate, the company was formed to service and supply consumable toner products.

Created a business around the development of a process to re-use (remanufacture) laser printer toner cartridges

Designed a process to re-manufacture used toner cartridges producing a product with OEM performance at half the cost to the consumer
