Accenture, Arlington, VA – Senior Manager June 2007 – July 2016

Program Management and Governance:

•Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) (Washington, DC) - PMO Lead/Program Manager of a complex Microsoft CRM transformation program with a team of over 150 Accenture resources located in 10 cities around the globe. Led design and implementation of standard processes and tools that facilitated proactive and quantitative planning, tracking and reporting of program delivery and financials across 4 towers - Systems Integration (SI), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Infrastructure Outsourcing (IO) and Application Outsourcing (AO); allowed structured mitigation, resolution, escalation and management of program risks and issues; and provided robust data to support Leadership decisions and timely management of stakeholder expectations.

•NBTY (Bohemia, NY) - PMO Lead of a multi-vendor Oracle Financials implementation program. Established and launched the Program Management Office to foster collaboration and allow integrated tracking and reporting of progress and dependencies across vendors. As a result, program was delivered within budget and on schedule. Planned, designed and directed training strategy to build PMO skills of client team members without prior PMO experience and who successfully executed PMO responsibilities to support succeeding programs after deployment.

•The Hartford (Windsor, CT) - Developed a new PMO model that reduced costs and increased efficiencies which included mobilization and roll-out of Work Plan and Time Management standard processes using MS Project Server and enabling a team of offshore resources to execute these. Resulted to program savings of $400k over the next 10 months, establishment of a central repository for work plan and schedule data that facilitated quantitative status reporting across all teams. The model was implemented to other projects within the IT organization. In addition, led enabling of processes, tools and resources to support business analysis and requirements management.

•Verizon Business (Ashburn, VA) - Established the Transformation Management Office (TMO) that served as the overarching governance body to oversee and monitor progress of 16 programs with 65 initiatives and fostered alignment of business case and requirements with IT development.

•Zebra Technologies (Lincolnshire, IL) – Mobilized release management process that provided standard guidelines in setting-up tools and templates to plan, manage, track and report progress of over 50 projects across 3 releases and 5 initiatives. Developed an integrated release work plan that consolidated key milestones, deliverables and dependencies across impacted initiatives and allowed timely and more coordinated execution of delivery within a release and cross-releases.

•Systems Integration Mobilization (SIM) (Various Locations) – Managed Program Management Office (PMO) mobilization efforts for Accenture Systems Integration (SI) projects within Products, Retail, Communications and High Tech, Utilities and Finance sectors, using Accenture Delivery Methods and Tools. Designed and implemented processes to support Work Plan and Time Management, Requirements and Scope Management, Issue and Risk Management, Test Management; set-up program/project management tools - MS Project, IBM Rational Clearcase, Clearquest and Requisite Pro and trained project team members on use of tools, templates.

Financial and Opportunity Management

Led successful mobilization and deployment of Accenture standard financials and forecasting tool, Manage My Engagements (MME) and Manage My Sales (MMS) for all engagements within the CAQH and NBTY accounts.
