Personal Statement/ Career Objective
As a graduate with basic teaching requirement from Federal College of Education, Abeokuta and National Open University of Nigeria with an excellent grades. I have undertaken several internships and work with educational institutions. These placements have enabled me to develop not only specific teaching experience, but also a valuable and transferable skill set in this fast-paced sector.
During my placements, I worked in the lower primary, upper primary and junior secondary divisions and as part of the management staff contributing to the growth of the schools in preparation of lesson content, teaching of basic subjects,recording and keeping of school’s and students’ academic records, co-ordination of school’s social and academics activities, handling special examination classes, representing schools at meetings and functions, presiding over school social, sport and academics committees, solving technical issues in education management information system, advocate policies on education advancement of the institution, monitoring and evaluation of school academic and non –academic activities, planning, implementation and facilitation of school programmes.
Looking to secure a position in an educational organization, where I can bring immediate and strategic value and develop current skill set further.
