Coordinated repairs of non-conforming assemblies with production manager utilizing Troubleshooting/Analysis. Identified root causes, repairing, testing and documenting the failure analysis thru Pareto charts to indicate what kind of failures are coming from the production line as part of a feed-back loop to improve processes and identify performance.
