To monitor the site operation and assist project unit leader to ensure all project planning are effectively executed. To monitor all level of works progress and report to site management regularly.
To monitor all the site materials, machinery usage and labor cost to prevent wastage of project resource at all time. To assist project unit leader in preparation to updated monitor control record for all labor, material and machinery usage.
To monitor the performance of sub contractor and suppliers to ensure resource and expertise are properly engaged to achieve required works with accepted quality and within agreed time frame.
To implement the site procurement related matters as per company policy and procedures (SOPS) for project completion.
To assist project unit leader to prepare the site instruction (S.I) as and when the needs arise.
To assist project unit leader to summarize and identify the site issues, drawing discrepancies and technical matters, and check all the construction drawings and raise the Request For Information (RFI) to cross departments to seek for solution when required.
To implement all the quality control procedures at site and to upkeep the standards of works of quality produce. To assist project unit leader on monitoring of all project QA/QC documentation and to raise the Inspection Test Request (ITR)
To attend site meetings and brief site management team of current site issue & progress and assist project unit leader to resolve the site issue at his/her level best.
