Production Technician/ Assembler I-II-III (Water Pump Equipment).
Responsibilities included: assembling electronic and mechanical water pumps using pnuematic tools and hand tools, potentiometers, machine-testing electronic pumps, trouble shooting various equipment parts, soldering, etc. Was frequently asked to assist other departments such as accessories dept, Liquid End dept, B & C sub assembly area, building, cleaning and testing pumps on the “A level” assembly line. Used drilling/peening machine to build clappers (part of pump). Trained on J, U and Z pumps, built EPU/S (Electronic Pulsing Units), and built L&M type pumps. Also worked in the Parts department.
