I have over six (7) years of Receptionist experience and over 5 years of Management Experience.

As a Receptionist, I have the ability to answer and direct all incoming calls, taking care of all mails, maintain the filing system, maintain office supplies and maintain the reception area and keep conference room tidy and maintain all administrative / clerical tasks and projects as needed.

In addition to my Receptionist experience, I have experience as an Administrative Manager, where I over-look everything that has to be done in the office, managing all employee’s schedule’s, handle all payroll and financials for the office and also worked in the IT department, where I would review all cameras for investigation whenever needed.
