Brief details of PPL Paradeep Phosphates Limited (PPL) was incorporated in the year 1981. PPL was then a Joint venture between the Government of India and Island Republic of Nauru holding equity shares in the ratio of 51 : 49. PPL became a fully Public Sector Undertaking holding 100% Shares after withdrawal of Nauru Government. During the year 2002, PPL was disinvested its 74% stake to a Strategic Partner- Zuari Maroc Phosphates Ltd- an Organization run by the KK Birla Group. The factory is located at Paradeep.

PPL is producing Di-Ammonium Phosphate, NPK and marketing them throughout North Eastern India, Western India and some part of South India. The Company is trading MOP also.
