Participated on a Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) Team. Worked with other members of the team to review inbound processes to improve workflow both inbound and outbound departments. Later, reviewed findings with process managers, area managers, and the general manager.
LEADERSHIP
Held training role that worked with temporary hires and new facility managers. Specifically, trained to preform essential facility and department processes.
