JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and Staffing:
Handle complete internal Recruitment Life Cycle: Sourcing, Screening, short listing profiles, scheduling, candidate tracking, follow ups and HR Interviews.
Sourcing candidates from Job Portals, resume selection through Naukri, Monster portals
Recruitment activities –
Salary negotiation, on boarding process of right candidate at right place at right time with
right kind of compensation structure.
Generate offer letter, Appointment Letters, Create new staff details on intranet online,
to arrange visiting cards and ID cards
Maintain employee database with complete personal profile details.
Coordination and Execution of employee boarding including induction of employee
Placement for Student:-
Dealing with companies tie up for the placement
To look after the training and placement activities of students
To have close liaison with industry / corporate for placement of students
To collect feedback from the companies coming for placement
Arrange training programme for soft skills and for interview facing skills for the student
Employees Joining & Induction –
Onboarding new staff members in the system and advising them on professional
Development and career related issues having the proper documentation.
Maintaining database (MIS) records, necessary documents / certificates of all the employee, administering and maintaining employee data with respect to their hire, confirmation, promotion & termination
Payroll –
Maintaining Leave and Attendance Record.
Responsible for setting up and implementation of end to end payroll processes includes
Data in form of attendance, new joiner, details, resigned details, appraisals, increments,
Incentive, arrear, advance etc. and processing the same at computerized payroll software and generating payroll in excel/PDF/Text format along with salary withheld report and to use it properly while processing salary for employees
Decide CTC structure into various components, calculation of PF, ESI and other statutory compliances and making the employees understand the statutory deductions from their salary
Maintain salary inputs manually in excel and with help of MIS generation including different tools of advanced excel functions like Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table, and sort, filter enabled with formulas.
Grievances handling –
To handle employee grievances and queries related to Leave, attendance, payroll, Medical Insurance & others. Ensure the same is done one regular basis.
Full and Final Settlements -
•Defined the proper exit process for employees and ensure the full and final settlements for Ex-employees within the specified time frame. Fill the employee exit details on intranet online,
coordinate with the employee to submit all the company assets.
• Issue Relieving letter, Experience letter and final settlement cheque to the employees.
HR Statutory Compliance –
Generating & maintaining ESIC & PF Challans.
Ensures HR compliances of the company with respect to ESIC & PF.
