*Accomplishments
Worked in unison to achieve the best result for the participant. Participants were requested for input on the processes and we
made accommodation as much as possible. My impact was to demonstrate that it was possible to hold together both
departments and also aid the participant in a more comfortable, workable environment. Participants recognized staff and gave
positive comments to the new changes. Staff was uplifted as well.

Management of schedules, securities of Federal vouchers, prompt employees evaluations, negotiation skills during monthly and
weekly meetings, assertiveness, model for staff, timeliness to work daily and overtime if needed, confidentiality in regards to
staff's particular needs, accommodating those needs if as all possible. Knowledge of the WIC computer programs and
Admissions entry programs, WIndows 7 & 8, Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Word proficiency, Trainer for staff with the CARES
program initiated throughout the Edisto/Aiken Districts.
