More than 28 years of diversified experience with Thyssenkrupp Industries India Ltd. Leading production for centrifugal machines department involving Planning, Execution, Assembly and installation for domestic & export markets, trouble shooting and inspection prior to dispatch to client.

Effectively developed and lead a large work team to accomplish operational objectives by coaching and mentoring and imparting training as and when required.

Lead identification and resolution of operational and manufacturing problems within deadlines, commitments and order acceptance.

3.Plant Head in Pvt. Company in Chakan, Pune.

May 2015 for a brief period – Could not continue due to family crisis.

4.Currently working as GM – Operations in a pvt. Company in Chakan taking care of all departments – Mfg, assembly, production, planning,QA,Design,HR activities, ISO activities, intersacting with clients – Local and Overseas.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute production schedules based on business demands and monthly targets.

Maximize effectiveness of production team, equipment and materials to produce high end machinery within planned schedules while reducing costs and rework.

Attain a sustained improvement of 10-15% in productivity year on year

Develop and track cost improvement projects to reduce production costs by 10%
