Accreditation of Private Providers:
As Senior Administration Clerk in the quality assurance unit I am involved in the accreditation of private providers for the N4-N6 programmes. Receiving applications for accreditation from different providers. Conducting a desktop evaluation on the applications, sending out letters to acknowledge receipt of the application. Drafting the site visit schedule that will be suitable for the unit as a whole.
Prepare all the logistic for the site visits
Preparing the site visits templates
Making arrangements for travelling: Flight, accommodation and car-rentals
Assisting in the site visit process
Generating a site visit report after each visit
Drafting accreditation letter and sending them out.
Responding to queries on accreditation through e-mail, telephone and face to face.
Developed a spreadsheet for QCTO accredited private providers for N4-N6 programmes, and monitoring the spreadsheet by updating it as soon as new providers are accredited.
I am currently involved in the accreditation of Trade Centres (Trade Test Centre and Skills Development Providers) recommended by the AQPs, drafting accreditation letters, Monitor and developed a spreadsheets for the centres per AQP
