Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Implementation - Customer/1 Developer

Designed, coded, tested and successfully implemented enhancements to service order and billing functions within the Customer/1 Customer Information System (CIS), enabling Ameren to capitalize on AMI benefits.

Reduced back-office service order workload thereby allowing faster and more accurate identification of valid service orders (e.g. for faulty meters, power diversion) by creating and supporting PL/SQL bi-directional programs between the Customer/1 database and Oracle’s DataRaker platform which analyzed and monitored meter performance.

Served as the key AMI project team resource for changes to the CA Workload Automation (Autosys) job scheduling solution resulting from AMI project enhancements; included development, configuration, test and implementation of JIL scripts.

CA Workload Automation (Autosys) Upgrade Project – Project Manager/Developer

Managed the upgrade of CA Workload Automation (Autosys) version R4.5.1 to R11.3.5 for the AMI project team from the analyze phase through production implementation.

Ensured required analysis and documentation of impacted JIL files were performed in coordination with key technical and business stakeholders.

Performed configuration, testing and production verification of 300+ JIL files as they were integrated from R4.5.1 to the R11.3.5.

Demonstrated to SRP the viability of an outsourcing model to maintain their CIS by managing an Accenture offshore team (Philippines) through a successful Pilot that enhanced their CIS to convert Standard Industrial Code (SIC) to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS).

SAP IS-U/CCS Bill Print Optimization (BPO) – Project Manager Led multi-vendor/client team in effort to simplify and improve Entergy's bill print process and invoice presentment to reduce bill print costs by 50% and decrease errors to less than 3% per million.

Engaged, mid-project, to refocus project team for an on-time delivery; overhauled existing project plan and transitioned project from an ineffective Agile-like approach to a Waterfall approach.
