Responsibilities
Develop queries, reports and data analysis for multiple departments including Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Site Operations (shipping and receiving, conference room scheduling, Fedex/Kinkos printing services, campus amenities, art department, and security) Marketing, Online Communities, Regulatory Audits and SOX 404 controls, Treasury, Online Order Entry Systems, Real Estate, Travel/Expense and Human Resources.
Participate in all phases of enterprise projects for assigned data warehouse systems.
Analyze and develop solutions to business issues including reviewing and writing of all relevant documentation, including stakeholder, functional and technical design requirements.
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
Monitor department and external vendor specific data being submitted to executives on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Create web traffic reports based on the volume of data being exported and imported into various internal and external websites.
Insure the data warehouse systems were in accordance with data governance standards.
Participate in internal and external quarterly process audits to remedy any deficiencies and validated results.
Recommend controls by identifying problems and then writing improved procedures.
Manage report alters and provided guidance to staff and users regarding changes or modifications to reports and systems.
Gather requirements and generate ad-hoc or management specific reports.

Generate Excel reports to reference previous action taken on current data feeds. Aided with synchronization when client requested publication of data.
