Profile Overview
I have more than (10) ten years’ experience as a production control material handling team lead at Nissan Motor Manufacturing (Smyrna Tennessee). I spent the last (6) six as a material handling team lead providing supervision in a safe, productive environment for production control and production technicians. I have extensive experience in (JIT) just in time parts control, inventory control, line feed protocols, new employee vetting/training methods. I have a Tennessee Manufacturing certification and can operate all types of forklifts, tugs, jacks and lift-a-lofts. I also trained all new material handling employees tracking safety and quality policies. I supervised all types of automotive manufacturing procedures such as trim and chassis, body frame and stamping and paint. I have excellent interpersonal, communication and vetting skills. I was a definitive high caliber international police trainer armed with diverse, multidisciplinary, and high level law enforcement management experience combined with results-based success in the development, implementation and evaluation of training and security programs. (SME) Subject Matter Expert Advisor in Logistics training and application with the US military to the Afghan leadership. Robust leadership and training experience include training delivery management in police operations training and administration, police academy curriculum development, weapon’s management training, personal security protection (PSD) “static security,” and asset logistical management training. Police Mentor – Police advisor “team lead” responsible for the proficient oversight of DynCorp employees and programs, currently the focal point of contact between the United States Military Senior Training Advisor (Army Colonel) in upgrading the ANCOP training facility. Work closely with contractors and contracts concerning daily facility construction and maintenance. Team leader appointed to oversee a 6 million dollar (ANCOP) facility expansion.
Appointed to be the leader of a special team of highly trained and experienced leaders to advise a special tactical group of Afghan Police officers called Afghan National Civil Order Police (ANCOP), similar to Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) in the United States.
Developed and advised Afghan police staff in finance, training, operations, logistics, and personnel management. Advising the staff insured the ANCOP personnel were adequately prepared for their deployments throughout the country.
Driving force in the successful development, launch and start-up operations of a new ANCOP training facility in the city of Kabul, Afghanistan; duties include establishing curriculum and delivery methods.
Led in the successful training of over 15,000 ANCOP officers.

Embedded Border Police Mentor – Deployed in Khost Province (Northern Afghanistan) to take a number of leadership and training management roles in support of the United States Army; worked collaboratively with military personnel and Afghan border police instructors, while serving as an administrative leader responsible for managing Afghan police staff in finance, training, operations, logistics, personnel management, internal and external communications, and assisted the US Army in mounted/dismounted border patrols, counter insurgency and border security.
Chosen as one of the first embedded police advisors assigned with the US Army at a “COP” Combat Outpost to bring state of the art training to Afghan border police in far reaches of the country in very austere conditions.
Collaborated with and coached US Army in providing training and improving skills of Afghan students in high risk traffic stops, room clearing, reaction to ambushes, border security check points and advanced firearm techniques.
Effectively managed extreme challenges of motivating and guiding Army; providing advice, training and support to the Army regarding logistics, firearms training curriculum and administration, as well as the Afghan culture.
Received awards from Dyncorp and US Army for Combat, Valor and Lifesaver for being involved in a comprehensive attack on our outpost by the Taliban in which several US Army, Border police and civilians were killed and injured.
Tactical Training Program Advisor / Instructor – Assisted in training approximately 6000 recruits. Prepared curriculum, conducted training, advised five Afghan Firearms Instructors; procedures included room clearing, high risk traffic stops, ambushes, mine detection and advanced (fully automatic) rifle shooting and counter insurgency methods.
