Inspector for new parking garage foundation and site work at Shoppingtown Mall 1990 - 1991.
Resident construction representative for construction of the Oswego County Jail 1991-1992. Monitoring and inspection of all concrete, masonry, soils, roofing, structural steel and mechanical systems.
