Inventory Control
Research and resolve inventory issues within the manufacturing
department.
Approve, reject or recount cycle counts conducting by the

Coordinate and conduct annual Physical Inventory valued at $7.5
million with over 8,000 item numbers.

Production
Run ASCP in Oracle program for manufacturing coordinator to
distribute to leads.

Export and filter "Planner Schedule" into an Excel spreadsheet for
manufacturing leads and coordinator to meet production deadlines.
Customer Service
Receive, enter, co-ordinate production and shipping for customer
orders greater than $30,000.00. Work closely with Director of
Operations for lead times as well as customers for prepayment of
goods.
Responsible for all new store equipment orders, including Proforma
Invoices or Sales Acknowledgements requesting prepayment of
product. Work closely with Domestic and International Operations,
Construction and customers to meet production and shipping
deadlines as well as Finance and Legal for payment statuses.
Handle all International required documentation to ease Customs
clearance.
Work closely with internal and external auditors to remain in SOX
compliance.
Facility Coordinator
Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC system via Metasys program to
reduce repair costs. Currently running a 100 ton McQuay chiller
for cooling. Maintain comfortable temperatures in the facility.
Work closely with manufacturing coordinator for repairs and
maintenance of the facility.
Coordinate Preventative Maintenance Inspections for facility such
as hoists and cranes, sprinkler and fire.
Assist Fire Department on annual inspections providing required
compliance documentation.
Inventory Control and Production Coordinator (August 2013 - April
2015)
Responsibilities listed above under "Inventory and Production
Manager". Program used was Macola until implantation of Oracle in
March, 2015.
Production and Facilities Coordinator (2006 - 2013)
Responsible for all manufacturing processes from shop orders to
invoicing customer orders.
Responsible for coordinating all facility repairs and maintenance.
Coordinate and conduct safety meetings.
Coordinate and purchase all janitorial supplies, manufacturing
supplies, etc.
Maintain and coordinate "after hours" pager schedule.
Maintain vacation schedule and calendar for all hourly and salary
employees.
Responsible for hourly payroll, human resources within the
department and other miscellaneous duties related to hourly
employees.
Back up for purchasing.
Work with internal and external auditors for SOX compliance
documentation.
