1. Worked as Field Investigator in MSM Needs Assessment Project 2003, West Bengal. Main responsibilities were to supervise data collection related work; data entry and actively assisted the project coordinator in the data collation work. This assessment leads to implement the first ever male to male sexual health intervention programme (MANAS Bangla) in West Bengal. 2. Worked as Rapporteur in 4th West Bengal Sexual Health Conference in Kolkata in 2003 on volunteer basis. The main responsibilities were to attend sessions in the conference, to collect information and also to interpret them to be included in the final report of the conference. 3. Working currently as the Chapter Co-lead for TRANSIT, which is a practical guidance for collaborative interventions for implementing comprehensive HIV and STI programmes with transgender people.

Evaluation work related experience:

Worked as an evaluator on behalf of West Bengal Project Support Unit (WBPSU) for six monthly evaluation of “Street based intervention programme - Ultadanga, Dumdum & Rajabazar”, an STI/HIV/AIDS intervention programme among flying sex workers (FSWs) in those areas. This intervention project was funded by West Bengal State AIDS Prevention & Control Society

(WBSAPCS) and was being implemented by Durbar Mahila Samanwaya Committee (DMSC), Kolkata. The evaluation study was conducted during October-November 2006. Programmatic experience:
