WORK EXPERIENCE
Present, Director, Talent Search, Rogers State University (8 years).
Direct and supervise all efforts of a federal outreach program for the university. Supervise services spread across three counties. Manage a $1.5 million budget, compile and complete APR, built and lead a tremendous team that is client focused, and ensure all stakeholders are engaged and satisfied with the program’s success.
Instructor, Miami High School (2 years).
Taught high school language arts and was actively engaged in lives of my students. Worked with many students from lower socioeconomic backgrounds and students who had strenuous living conditions and home lives.
Project Manager, 303 Properties (8 years).
Served as primary project manager for family owned real estate holding and development company with projects spread throughout NE Oklahoma. Duties included scheduling, forecasting, procurements, excellent customer service, leases and sales, mineral rights, coordination with contractors, dispute resolution, and attracting new clients.
Evening Supervisor, Heartsworth House (2 years)
Primary duties in this Independent Living complex included assuring resident satisfaction, staffing the helpdesk, coordinating efforts with assisted living, proper emergency response, staffing the café, and inspection for safety and cleanliness of the property.
