Employer: Opmum Engineering Standard Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Dues & Responsibilies:

Working on rig site as Drilling Fluid Engineer.

Specialties: Spud Mud, Water Base & oil base Drilling Fluids, Brine System.

Analysis and control the drilling fluids, Chemical test (API) of mud and water systems, as weight, viscosity, solids control, corrosion, pH, alkalinity, hardness, water chemical test and performance engineering calculations in rheology and hydraulics systems.

Troubleshooting any mud related problem and contamination.

Problems encountered: High Pressure/ Excessive water influx, Partial and complete

loss circulation, stuck pipes, and HൣS.

Monitor & check inventory at well sites, make sure chemicals supply and consumption is accurately recorded.

Ensure provision of a complete, accurate and informative

Daily Drilling Fluid Report. Ensure all drilling fluid test equipment is maintained and regularly calibrated.
