Our prestigious customers are Maruti Suzuki, Honda, Ford, Toyota, Renault, Nissan, Isuzu and Mahindra. NSI has annual turnover of 3.6 Billions rupees and a workforce of more than 164 salaried employees.

Key Responsiblities:

Performing Feasibility based on customer RFQ

All our suppliers send the technical detail required, based on that and using NHK internal analysis software & MS excel fesibility is done, and send to marketing for quotation,making BOM,PFC, deciding SC, prepaing NHK internal tme plan, doing DFMEA & PFMEA making protype Control plan .

Studying drawing & designing tools

After business receival drawing is prepared by draftsman follwed by me designing complete tools, making pre launch control plan, making Packging data sheet, doing MSA .

Preparing process document

Above two points are followed by preparing process document / process sheet which is to be used for part prepartion based on the drawing.

Sample product preparation

Sample product are manufactured by us usng tools, process sheet & raw material on the line to supply product to customer on their scheduled event & inspected

Product and process validation

Based on previous trial feedback we validate our process sheet, and perform series of test (DVP) as per customer requirement, do capablity study (SPC), download test standard from customer Buisness portal if any modification of test.

PPAP stage

Make all the PPAP level 3 document and send it to customer, make production control plan, for part approval. Upload the documents to customer specific B2B portal .

Audit

In between project customer audit like SPPMP, PT2 phase audit, tooling & product verification audit & PTR is attend by US.

Supplier Improvement by imparting trainings

Improve supplier performance by Training on core tools like Root cause analysis with fishbone diagram, why-why analysis, 8D, PFMEA.

MSA & SPC Study

Conduct Attribute & Variable MSA study for Quality Operators as well as Lab inspectors. Monitor process using SPC for critical characteristics.

Supply Chain Mangement

Contacting with the sub supplier and giving them nesscary detail like tool makers, tube makers . Obtaining PPAP files from them of their product.
