Working as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Tenneco automotive India Pvt ltd, Sipcot, Hosur from Jun 2014 to till date. One of the leading MNC for manufacturing of shock absorbers.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

Responsibility for leading subordinates in a production facility and ensuring for all that material produced meets customer requirements.

Maintain the values that what we are having on that shock absorbers.

Operate the machine carefully for assembling of shock absorbers.

Functional development with careful and sophisticated with quality control measures in compliance to specified standards.

Performing root cause analysis to prevent reoccurrences and defective issues.

Logistics function in coordination with OEMs, transporters’ and agents to ensure time delivery for uninterrupted line production.
