SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:

Presently serving as risk based team member in distillery plant

Experience with normal operation, plant shut down, cold start up, hot start up, emergency operations and involving in turn around activities of distillery plant.

Energy conservation activities and applying system like quality environmental and process management and environment system.

Hourly round of plant and check all instruments Beer heater, Condensers, Scrubber, Vacuum pump, all pumps in plant, column etc.

Check Quality of product.

Start up and shut down of plant.

ROLE AND RESPONSBILITY:

To carry out safe operations of the plant start up, shut down, and emergency handling in field and identify all abnormalities, unsafe condition and implement remedial measures.

Monitoring equipment in plant regularly and check for abnormalities.

Performance evaluation of day to day operation of ongoing process and ensure the process are safe, monitoring and controlling PLC CONTROL PANEL OF DISTILLATION COLOUMN.

EQUIPMENT AND EXPOSURE:

Columns:

Distillation column valve trays column (30 trays) which separates alcohol and spent wash from molasses.

OTHER MAIN EQUIPMENT:

Adequate exposure of other unit operations unit process like Heaters, Coolers, surface condensers, Safety relief system etc.
