Digital signage system for G Assembly Area

To remove out the paper work & limitations of the report book filling on the G assembly engine area in order to improve the productivity & to solve issues.

Responsibilities:

Modification in standard operating procedure in assembly line.

Study Of PFMEA and PFC on New D engine assembly.

Monitor all machine operating procedure in respective shift

Implementation on Quality tool in assembly area.

Prepare daily plan, work instruction, hourly production reports.

Understanding the various processes and operations done on Assembly and testing.
