Oakland Stamping (L&W Engineering, Parent Company) – Detroit, MI 2014 to Present

Maintenance Manager / Maintenance Supervisor

In charge of Maintenance for Three Plants (Press Plant / Production Welding Plant / Shipping and Receiving Plant)

Responsible for Maintenance for three Plants and 20 direct reports.

Plant 1 - 15 Stamping Presses of all sizes.

Plant 2 - Over 65 Welding Machines, and 15 Welding Cells with 25 Fanuc Robots.

Plant 3 - Shipping and Receiving with 16 Shipping Dock Wells and 2 stretch rapping machines.

Responsible for ordering all maintenance materials, tools, and perishables for Welders and Presses.

Responsible for ordering supplies for entire Facility.

Daily Staff Meetings with Quality Manager, Manufacturing Engineer and Controls Engineer regarding daily issues.

Also responsible for 16 fork trucks, one 30 ton fork truck, and one Power Scrubber/Sweeper; providing all repairs and parts to keep them running smoothly.
