Performing a sole support role for both external customers and internal consultants. Role includes supporting NAV2013, NAV2009, and prior versions troubleshooting, developing, and consulting on various issues and inquiries.
2011 Advanced Business Systems
Performed a support role resolving various major issues such as fixing incorrect average costed items that were zero costed during data migration and identifying the cause and correcting over 3,000 entries that were unapplied with serial numbers that should have been applied. Additional support issues involved training in RTC and fixing various reporting issues in the RTC version through Visual Studio and C/Side.
2009-2010 Self Employed Consulting
Performed services for solution centers on a contractual basis.
Role included gap fit analysis and coming up with workarounds, learning and supporting government add-on software based on FAR (Federal Acquisition Requirements) and other governmental regulations as they relate to an ERP environment. In addition time was also spent in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving software issues. The versions supported included Navision 2009 RTC and earlier versions.
