At Foothill Mental Health & Rehabilitation Center I Hired, trained, evaluated, and supervised medical record designees and receptionists as well controlling the budget for office supplies, developed and maintained records for a 207- bed psychiatric facility.

At Ocean View Rehabilitation Center I develop and maintain records for a 225-bed facility. I was also in charge of data entry of all physician orders as well as closing discharge records. In addition, I kept up with all admission and discharge logs in Microsoft Access. Reviewed medical records for deficiencies and assisted nurses with admissions and discharges
