My responsibilities involved meeting with each customer upon the return of his or her rental. Emphasis was placed on the importance of making sure each customer had a positive rental experience. Very important to inspect the vehicle as well as documentation of vital information using hand held computer in order to successfully close out their rental agreement and apply exact billing to their account.

Utilizing the software Capture Perfect 3.0 and Documentum, I was successful in the archival of all HR personnel files for employees that were currently active and have demobilized from the project prior to 2011. This task was part of the effort to draw down our number of employees in relation to the number of US forces in Iraq. Among my normal HR Associate functions, my duties included proper inventory, scanning and uploading of files to HR database making them readily accessible in electronic format.

Responsibilities included: Responsible for Documentation Retention room overseeing proper file documentation for active and inactive employees.
