As Assistant Finance Manager, I supervised a team of coworkers at two separate front desk locations within the store. My regular duties included: processing various types of sales transactions, ensuring that all customer credit applications and files were processed in a timely manner and that both store registers were balanced at the end of each business day. I also operated a multi-line phone system and transferred customer calls to the appropriate sales and managerial staff members.
