42 MVA, Lewisville, Texas.
Lead 138kV Transmission metering connection point, Lewisville, Texas.
Implement the purchase and change out of eleven 345kV breakers
throughout TNMP’s substations with 345kV breakers on Oncor’s system.
Design within the five year budget a 138kV transmission loop system and
