Managed a 1st tier automotive 4-shift $300M Friction Products 300,000 square ft. facility.
Supervised 3 Business Unit Managers, 20 supervisors, and 1200 hourly employees which developed and communicated a successful annual site vision.
Performed Aggressive Lean Implementation which resulted in 12% reduction in operating expenses within 3 months and 90% Plant productivity indexes.
