the states of Illinois, Missouri, and Wisconsin. Total managed volume is $26 million. Develop
and monitor financial and operational forecasts, manage the district in compliance with
established company policies and procedures, ensures that each unit meets or exceeds
Chartwells and client expectations.

Resident District Manager (2003 to 2006)
Campus wide responsibility for a $13 million dollar account that has a 6300 resident
dining plan along with national brands, corporate brands, self branded concepts,
catering, and six dining location. Direct reports included 16 mangers and 300 hourly
associates.

2003 Responsible for the proper operation on a daily basis. Ensured courteous customer
service, food quality, training of employees, sanitary environment, and all budget

1998 ROYAL FARMS
To Zone Manager (2000 to 2002) Provide support for the day-to-day convenience
2002 store operations for fifty-two locations. Prepare sales forecasts, annual operating
