Operational responsibility for an on campus dining program, on campus and off

site catering, Scenic Hills Country Club, and the National Flight Academy at NAS

Pensacola. Total managed volume of $8 million including a convenience store,

National and Corporate brands, and 1400 resident students. Direct reports include 8

dining plan along with national brands, corporate brands, self branded concepts,

catering, and six dining location. Direct reports included 16 mangers and 300 hourly

associates.

2003 Responsible for the proper operation on a daily basis. Ensured courteous customer

service, food quality, training of employees, sanitary environment, and all budget

1998 ROYAL FARMS

To Zone Manager (2000 to 2002) Provide support for the day-to-day convenience

2002 store operations for fifty-two locations. Prepare sales forecasts, annual operating

also groceries, cigarettes, and fuel. Annual sales average $3.0 million per location.

Responsible for sales, profit, productivity, security, shrinkage, cost control, quality, and

merchandising. Supervise, select, develop, and motivate management team.
