Total Gas Load(SCMH) Calculation

Preparation Of BOQ.

Preparing Isometric Drawing of Piping Layout.

Selection Of Components such as Gas Flow Meter, Valves, Pressure Regulator, Filter,

Pressure gauge etc and their location as per their Function and Ratings.

Preparing BOQ for Gas Bank and selection of Components Required As per Capacity.

Maintain Housekeeping and Proper Manpower Arrangement.

To ensure that project specification and standard codes for installation are were correctly

executed during piping erection and fabrication.

Supervision of fabrication & erection of equipments and piping.

Co-ordination with clients, contractors, & detail engineering office.

Planning & monitoring the work for timely completion of the project.

Conduct welding procedure & performance qualifications.

Check insulation & painting as per the specifications.

Spacing between supports on Pipes.

Check Flange alignment.

Conduct safety walk through in the site in coordination with safety department on weekly

basis.

Check the alignments of equipments.

Coordinate with the sub contract to the target and schedule set by planning.

Assure the work is carried out as per P & ID’s, layouts drawings & isometrics.

Check critical pipe supports.

To attain final walk through of complete piping system and verify clearing of all punch list to prior to mechanical completion.

Carrying out Testing of Entire Piping System By sealing all opening and purging Pressurized

Air prior to Commissioning.

To attain coordination meetings with client representative, site manager, Liasoning Authority

(MGL) and project management team to assist all commissioning activities.

Good Knowledge of ASME, API Codes & Standards.

Title: “Implementation of contactless brakes in automobile.”

Role: Design, Manufacturing and Testing.

Description :

Road, rail vehicle and aircraft rely solely on friction brakes, which faces several problem regarding performance like brake fading and brake lock etc.

To solve the problem mentioned above the use of system is “contactless or frictionless” which is working on Lenz law.

The working of this system is depends upon the disc speed, distance between disc & magnet and magnetic flux.

Polytechnic project:

Title: “Exhaust gas recirculation system in two stroke engine.”

Role: Design, Manufacturing, office work.

Description:

Project is based on controlling pollution in two stroke engine.

EGR works by recirculating a portion of engines exhaust gas back to the engine cylinder.

Result in lower mean cylinder temperature causing lower NOx emission .
