Plant variances have improve over $11 Million from prior year. Prepare, analyze, and communicate all plant expenses, variances, and production costs to plant operations and corporate senior management. Prepare and analyze product profitability for the plant. Determine capital expenditure payback information. Oversee that Sarbanes-Oxley regulations are followed at the plant. Ensure that product costs, inventories, and ledgers are accurate. SAP Super-User. Help maintain computer infrastructure at the plant. Supervise a staff of five in Billing, Payroll, Yield Reconciliation, and Accounts Payable. Plant employees: 800 hourly, 120 Salaried.
Corporate Cost Accounting Manager – Kansas City, Missouri, March 2010 – October 2013 Direct eleven plants standard costing procedures and corrections. Prepare year-end margin targets for sales force. Analyze different Activity Based Costing methods for allocating overhead cost to the product level.
