DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily conducting the tool box meeting before task
Conduct the induction for new employee (HSE Policy, HSE Management system, occupational health & safety, environment awareness, Electrical safety etc
Making Daily Routine Inspection at Work Site.
Identify the hazards and avoid the accident
Monthly once conduct the safety meeting for staff
Keep all regular reporting’s, records (unsafe act & unsafe condition,Safety Meetings, worksite inspection,workshop inspecton,camp inspection,HSE monthly report, vehicle inspection, electrical installation inspection etc
Every three month once conducting the mock drill (Firefighting,first aid )
Daily check the power tools and portable tools
Daily check the welding machine & Gas cutting machine
Fire prevention of all company activities, testing of smoke and heat detectors, conducting drills.
Check up breathing apparatus set, Daily inspection of crane and scaffolding.
Train and audit up fire, safety and regular staff in the plant.
Make monthly inspection of moving equipments and fire extinguisher, ladder etc.
Maintaining the First Aid Box with appropriate medicines in all shifts.
Advise the workers for Chemical Hazards and use of proper PPE.
Reminding all workers that the safety in the best policy and to target zero accident.
