PRESENT EXPERIENCE :

Working with QATARGAS, QATAR. (JETTY/TERMINAL OPERATIONS) as a ROVER OPERATOR. From August 2012 to date.

Qatar gas pioneered the liquefied natural gas (LNG) industry in Qatar. The company is realizing its vision to deliver LNG to customers around the globe from world-class facilities in Qatar.

1. WORK EXPERIENCE IN QATARGAS:

Loading Experience in Field.

o Loading more than 20 vessels (1,100,000MT) per month approximately. o Handling, storage and delivering mass quantity of various cargos i.e., Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) Propane C3 (-40 deg.C) Butane C4 (-4 deg.C), Kerojet, Gasoil, Naphtha, Kerjet-GTL, Gasoil-GTL, Naphtha-GTL, Condensate, Baseoil Grade 3, 4 & 8, LDF (Light detergent Feedstock), Naphthenic Caustic, PYGAS

& Low sulfur condensate & Loading of solid sulfur. o Loading with various kinds of system, including FMC, Kenon & Wooden field loading arms, Use of Surge relief system (15bar), Hydraulic & Pneumatic operated valves & ESDVS (ON / OFF valves for Emergency). o Use of Vapor Recovery System having 4 Stages of Vapor combustor for 6 No’s of liquid berths.

Manage/Record & look after of PTWs on site.

Liaises with various parties to coordinate field activities related to commission the project with various Permits / certificates.

Takes and records in both field and control rooms a variety of parameters as required a variety of readings, such as gas/liquids flows, temperatures, levels, flow rates and vibrations, and records unusual occurrences.

Ensure facility & equipment reliability with weekly schedule checks on; Fire fighting system, Fire & gas detectors, Kanon/FMC loading arms, surge protection system, Surge drums, DCS with Foxboro, Surveillance camera, marine Flare, utilities like N2, air, fuel gas metering system, and Emergency shutdown system ESD’s, Pumps & compressors etc…

Reporting through E-Report & raising the maintenance request by using of SAP.

Experience with Jetty commissioning such as, Vapour recovery system, loading lines, Utility lines, and loading arms, surge system.

Safety Programs:

Central Fire water system for whole Raslaffan City.

Hull Deluge & Self Deluge with remotely operated Equipment.

FM-200 (Immediate CO2 release system for control building).

Have ERP (Emergency Response Plan) for each & every Facilities.

Three types of emergencies categorized with Tier1,2&3.

Tire 1 exercise is mandatory for all employee twice in a year while tire2 once.

Training Includes:

o Complete in house Marine Competency 3 weeks training by C-Mist. (Heriot- Watt Research Park, Edinburgh, UK).

o All QG mandatory trainings, i.e. PTW, Gas Tester, Defensive Drive, Material Handling, Waste Management, Environmental Awareness etc. 2. WORK EXPERIENCE IN RELIANCE (REFINERY DIVISION) :

Working with Reliance Industries Limited.(Refinery Division) as Senior Operator

(post- Executive). From April, 2007 to August, 2012 Tank-Farm Offsite

Working as Operator Refinery Tank-Farm. Company Is Having 123 TANKS & 23 SPHERES with Oil-Movement Information System (OMIS), Tank Inventory System

(TIS), BOSS (BLENDING OPTIMISATION & Instruments Like Automatic Tank Gauging System (ATG) (RADAR TYPE).

To seek full time position in a reputed organization, where I can exhibit my technical as well as non-technical skills to the fullest and can constantly update myself with the new technologies.

Working with Atul Limited (Aromatic division) as Plant Operator. From June, 1995 to April, 2007. With area covered Nitration, Methylation Reduction, And Distillation Tanker Loading and Unloading Work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handing over of equipment’s like Pumps for Maintenance and Take over same with Safety Measures.

Area checking & acquiring relevant hourly readings and logging same.

Reporting to shift field engineers in case of any abnormality noticed in plant.

Can handle individually the operation of multistage pumps, high speed multistage pumps, Compressors. (Screw / Centrifugal )

Proper shift handing over/ take over

Well aware of work permit system & follows the same.

Handling of various types of firefighting equipment’s such as DCP fire hydrants, fire monitors, fire hoses fire sprinkler system.
