Project Preparation Stage

Prepare and conduct SAP overview sessions for Core Team – (Level 0)

Prepare and conduct Navigation sessions and Module specific overview (FICO ) for Core Team – (Level 0 + 1)

Participate in old Legacy system understanding

Business Blueprint

Prepare and conduct Level 1 training (master data and transaction) for the core team

conduct AS IS workshops, collect and prepare the documentation of the business requirements for FICO modules (AS IS Document)

conduct Business process Design workshops

Prepare Production planning Business Blueprint document/Quality management Business Blueprint.

Identify modifications / additional ABAP objects
