Ensure the safe receipt of products from road browsers from installations/depots. Storage and dispatch to retail outlets, inter depots, customers and other locations through road.

Maintain safety and security of depot, HSE, cordial industrial relations, plan budgetary expenditure, scheduling and maintenance of facilities like pipeline, storage tanks, pumps etc.

Ensure effective operations at optimum cost and develop objectives for throughput, stock gain and loss, quality control, manpower, operating expenses.

Provide direction and guidance to the management as well as bargain able staff for smooth depot operations.

Take decisions regarding Depot operations including receipts, storage and distribution of products, maintenance and repair, HSE, fire fighting, safety / security and disciplinary matters.

Organize, manage and achieve daily thru put of the depot in co-ordination with supply, logistics and sales department and maintain the day to day supply of products to customers and upcountry depots.

Assist the immediate supervisor in timely preparation of operating plan for receipt, storage and dispatches, maintenance and repair of facilities, fire fighting, safety and security, budget preparation and administrative control of the depot.

Coordinate with head office for planning and scheduling of receipts, for smooth filling of tank trucks.

Check operations log book, stock gain and loss, stock reports expenditure statements and other necessary reports and take action to overcome problems.

Ensure that the credit supplies are extended to selected customers as advised by marketing department and also ensure payment recoveries.

Performed procurement work with seniors in ‘HASCOL, which includes purchasing and getting quotations from companies to get the work done with in time.

Ensure the Tanker Receipts/ Imports of HSD/PMG/HSFO at OP-2-OP-03, on Account of HPL at AASML/ATT/ABS/KBS/ATC and PMC Terminals of Keamari Oil Installation Area.

Arranging for the tanker permissions at Keamari installations along with the full record of tank wise ullages at the time of Tanker Receipt at Keamari port.

Managing and implementing the Daily upliftment plan of HSD/PMG/HSFO at Keamari installation along with Byco Supplies on daily basis with the provision of manpower supplies with the consultation of GM Operations.

Providing the Opportunity of Operational Training to New comers' and Internees in HASCOL Petroleum Ltd, who are visiting at Keamari Installation time to time.
