Inventory Control Analyst

Maintain inventory levels on all parts from every supplier internally and externally.

Calculate proper TDOS on parts according to various factors given with every supplier.

Maintain cycle count logs, 4-walls, material requests, all documents and file accordingly once appropriate signatures are gathered and adjustments have been inputted to report weekly/daily to materials manager

Supervise all cycle counters and make sure that the correct amounts of parts are being counted daily to maintain inventory accuracy and keep up with SOX compliance.

Strategically form reports and tools for cycle counters and fellow supervisors to use in order to make their jobs easier via Excel/Access/VBA/Scripting.

Create reports for every department within materials. Receiving reports, Line scanning accuracy, excess material inbound, Daily inventory reports, KPI’s, Turns, etc.

Work with and approve purchasing/planners and engineers, production superintendents on new parts coming in the facility, inventory levels, implementation, safety stock, turn time, engineering change revisions.

Training on entire facility on Microsoft Excel and Mapics/SAP system for continual growth and leadership development. Courses held every 3 months.

Using Mobile pallet jack fill orders on a time basis per order to be shipped to different companies. (Wal-Mart, Target, Staples, etc.)

Carefully wrap products placed on pallet and sit them in the shipping lane. Ensuring that there is no damage and everything was properly placed for travel.

Using stand up reach truck (forklift) scan items coming into aisle ways and take them to the warehouse to their proper location.

Create weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel of usage for diesel fuel on all equipment using diesel fuel.

Use MX4 to issues work orders at the beginning of each shift to maintenance men in order of importance for things that needed to be done that day. Closed them out and filed once completed and returned to me.
