To Whom It May Concern:
Available: Experienced professional with a passion for project coordination!
Over the past eight years of job experience I thoroughly enjoyed building. My work ethic, amiability, and strength could benefit any office. I am looking for a professional home. Based on my experience, skill set, and passions I believe I am the perfect addition to any administrative team.
Most recently, I was a Development Associate at Macaulay Honors College where provided high level support to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement. What I loved about this job the most was the high stake correspondence from my department to the rest of the world. Whether it be letters, emails, event posts, or special event vendors I loved being a part of a team reaching a goal together. I went where I needed in the team which gave me the chance to learn operations from all angles.
I worked with Columbia Law School development department in the summer of 2013, my skills and work ethic impressed them so much I was asked back for the summer of 2014. I personally assisted Associate Director of Alumni Relations and the Director of Special Events. My support was so appreciated I was asked requested back and my role was enlarged strictly due to my performance.
My favorite quote is, βThe enemy of art is the absence of limitations.β β Orson Welles. This is essentially why I excel in all my positions; I have the healthy attitude of gratitude understanding the limitations of my role, while using these very limitations to grow within the role.
Thank you,
Sean Behrens
