Over 20+ years of experience as a Project Director – Project Management Consultant/Director of Construction/Senior Project Manager and Estimator in a substantial body of works that included Multifamily projects, Municipal projects, Assisted living and special needs facilities, Limited Service Hotels, Five Stars Hotels, Schools, Hi-rise commercial buildings, Hospitals, Sports Complex and Stadiums. Pre-Construction Stage:

Construction Stage:
-Coordinate and manage the work of all projects operations.
-Develop, implement and monitor personnel recruitment, policies and procedures.
-Reviewing and awarding contracts.
-Assist in the estimating and pricing process for the pre-construction and estimating team.
-Scheduling and assisting senior site personnel with planning and time management.
-Maintaining close coordination and communications with the owners and architects and the entire projects team.
-Overall coordination and implementation of safety, environmental and health compliance.
-Knowledge of materials, methods and the tools involved in the construction of major buildings and other structures.
-Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in the production of precise technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models.
-Knowledge of business and management principles in strategic planning, resource allocations, leadership techniques, production methods and coordination of people and resources.
-Develop and implement project business plans.
-Conduct pre-construction due diligence.
-Manage estimates and finalize performance and cash flow of projected hard costs.
-Oversee jobsite to ensure OSHA and insurance requirements and compliance.
-Track and manage budgeted actual and anticipated construction costs as they relate to committed contracts.
-Prepare, Assess and verify the legitimacy of all change orders.
