JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.Responsible for the cleanliness of guestrooms as well as common areas assigned in accordance with Company standard and policies.

2.Assure highest possible level of guest satisfaction. Greet guest warmly and polite manners in accommodating guest request,complaints or querries.

3.Stocks and replenished guest amenities according to Company standard and policies.

4.Pick up guests laundry request and properly endorse them immediately to the Laundry manager and logged.

5.Report maintenance issue to the supervisor immediately such as blocked drainage/pipes,burned out lightbulbs, appliances,expired remote control batteries,flooding,etc inside guestrooms.

6.Prperly tag lost and found items and turned them over to the reception and properly logged in.

7.Properly fill out logbook or housekeeping checklist updating ongoing hotel activities{ room check ins and check outs), vacate cleaned rooms and etc. on a daily basis before leaving from work each day.

8.Complies with all safety and security policies in accordance with the Company standards ensuring the safety and well being of every guest.

9.Check guest occupancy and verify that which room had been vacated.Knock 3x politely saying” housekeeping” before entering a guestroom. Visualized each room before beginning to clean and for any inconsistencies and initiate request for any maintenance worl if necessary.

10.Maintain cleaning equipment and materials clean,tidy at all times. Observe proper labeling and storage of cleaning materials/chemicals.
