2.Project Engineer and Quality Senior Engineer(Audit & Project Documentation warehouse) (8years) specializing in OBU dealing with modification and refurbishment of vessels for conversion to Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) and Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO).

For your information my last 8 years’ experience are mainly stated below:
1) Establish, implement, execute, monitor, archive, warehouse documents and conduct Quality Management System in accordance to ISO 9001:2008.
2) Formalize all relevant documents are identified, label tag identification according to formalize Quality manual strictly to approved Document Control procedures & processes.
3) All identified project related documents are compiled commencing project invitation to bid (ITB) and at all project execution phases until final as-built project commissioning.
4) All identified documentation are strictly tag, record in Master Central Register for Technical and Other non-correspondences and in Incoming-Outgoing Register for Client/Contractors/Vendor communication not limited to Letter/Fax/Email/Transmittal.
5) Develop with ICT department in Electronic documentation Management system (EDMS) for common database access at server platform local or remote 24x7 internet or Local Area Networking (LAN).
6) Custodian of such processes are ISO audited on 6 monthly basis for Quality procedures compliance. Corrective Action Review (CAR) will be issued for official procedures non-compliance (NCR).
7) Internally trained by PER NEVILLE CLARKE in Internal Quality Auditor and ISO 9001:2000 Introduction Awareness.
As MISC majority stake holder by PETRONAS, OBU presence basically to supply and operate these FPSOs & FSOs offshore for her client crude oil drilling storage and offloading to Tankers for export.
Prior to MISC Berhad, have been employed with Independent Power Producer (IPP)-Malakoff Berhad during her project at Gebeng and Kerteh for PETRONAS Power Plant Construction responsible to train and build technical skills for PETRONAS personnel schedule to run the plant. Later as e-Commerce Procurement Portal B2B development Manager.
Previous to Malakoff Berhad, had served Shell Refining Co (FOM) in Port Dickson as Mechanical Zone Engineer between 1985- 1990.Responsible to carry out plant utilities maintenance system(i.e. Plant Shutdown, Preventive and Predictive) and daily routine plant equipment repair and breakdown.
Between 1990-1992 responsible in setting up Technical Training Centre and as Engineering trainer to train new recruitment before assigning them to their respective work station in the Refinery.
After 5years serviced in the refinery, transfer to Shell Malaysia Trading in Kuala Lumpur taking up new responsibility as LPG Engineer between 1992-1996. Scope to do LPG bulk plant design, operate and maintain for Shell bulk commercial customer (i.e. Factories consuming large volume of LPG for her factory production plant utilizing LPG as their source of energy supply).

Roles & Responsibilities
The role to manage & coordinate all aspects of document control activities include set-up of the Centralize Database server system, Document Storage System and Electronic Document Warehouse, assisted by the Senior Project engineer and
Compilation, typing, issuing and distribution of documents in an effective manner.
The Document Controller will communicate, advise and support the Site Project Document Controllers Clerk, located at the EPC Contractors design office and yard and also at the JV Company Head Office. The role will be keyed in the development and implementation of document and data management systems set up during the execution phase of the Project and the ongoing management of information during commissioning and subsequent hand over to the JV Operating Company.
Principal Activities performed were:
To establish documentation control processes and procedures and in place for the control of documentation at corporate & project execution phases.
Taking overall responsibility for the set up of the Document Storage System and Electronic Document Warehouse, which will be used as the storage repository for all site project documents and drawings at the Head Office and at project execution yard.
Responsible to establish, set up, execute and manage with ICT department the requirement of the PC Centralize Database server based folder structures, document attributes, users, user permissions, document change control procedures and processes.
