PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

2016-Present - MedImpact Flight Operations. Aircraft Scheduler/Flight Coordinator San Diego Ca. Supporting the travel needs of MedImpact’s top executives and other business units to include but not limited to: Monitors the status of all planned flights and flights in progress from the point of origin to final destination (flight following). Anticipates and proactively takes action to deal with future events, situations, and opportunities. Effectively uses communication skills and tools to convey timely and accurate information to Flight Crews, Operations Management, Flight Operations Personnel and others as needed to produce safe, efficient and timely flight planning services. Responsible for crew logistics arranging/coordinating crew ground transportation and hotel accommodations, as well as commercial airline arrangements, review, prepare and submit post flight expense reports along with preflight cost analysis and compile and prepare monthly report to Chief Pilot and VP of Company. Responsible for all passenger logistics; ensuring that passengers’ ground transportation contact information is available to flight crews for each leg o FBO selection and database upkeep, coordinate catering requirements and other passenger requirements. All duties as required to ensure that flights are authorized and dispatched as per FOM. Company policy, regulatory requirements, and client requests duties associated with the Emergency Response Plan as assigned by the VP, Operations Manager. Effectively uses communication skills and tools to convey timely and accurate information to Flight Crews, Operations Management, Flight Operations Personnel and others as needed to produce safe, efficient and timely flight planning services. Assist in maintaining flight logs, flight records and operational files. 2015- 20106 – CWT SATO Travel (MCRD), Senior Travel Counselor (International) San Diego Ca. Creates domestic and international travel arrangements for military & government clients to include air, hotel and ground transportation, use available sources such as TSA, state department web sites, news agencies; etc. to stay informed of current international affairs; advises clients of international travel requirements such as visas, passports, immunizations. Strong working knowledge and understanding of international pricing rules and procedures, supports one or more accounts; operates within general procedures with supervised results, interacts with traveler, travel arranger; and travel manager. Provide senior level of support for customer service and technical issues.

2013 - 2015. Temecula Olive Oil Company. Manager - San Diego Ca Store Manager for high end olive oil and olive oil products boutique in Old Town San Diego, daily responsibilities and duties entail: Handle all merchandising, inventory control, ordering, cash control, and maintenance. Oversee store opening and closing procedures. Direct sales floor activities, assist customers and address customer concerns. Input data to prepare daily sales reports and regularly use weekly and monthly data to develop sales and promotional strategies. Hire, train, and coordinate a staff of 18. Taking the time to coach colleagues by example every day, on and off the shop floor by maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, and monitoring what local competitors are doing. Organize and arrange group travel for conferences, conventions, and seminars. Orchestrate and execute domestic and international travel services for VIP and high-profile travelers. Provide direct daily administrative support to assigned personnel, as directed by management.
